THOC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, THOC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,299 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THOC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are H2AC16, ROR1, and PRR29. Each is linked with THOC2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THOC2-to-partner and partner-to-THOC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, H2AC16 grouped by THOC2-low versus THOC2-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THOC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→THOC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
