THOC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, THOC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 38 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THOC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCKAR, OR9K2, and APOA2. Each is linked with THOC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THOC2-to-partner and partner-to-THOC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCKAR grouped by THOC2-low versus THOC2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THOC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→THOC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
