THOC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, THOC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,367 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THOC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RNMT, USP14, and THOC7. Each is linked with THOC1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THOC1-to-partner and partner-to-THOC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, THOC1 versus RNMT in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THOC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→THOC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
