THNSL1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, THNSL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,198 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THNSL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LOX, FCGR2A, and LINC01943. Each is linked with THNSL1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THNSL1-to-partner and partner-to-THNSL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THNSL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→THNSL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
