Across TCGA cell cohorts, THNSL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,395 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THNSL1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial RNA 3'-end processing, Mitochondrial RNA processing, and tRNA methylation. Each is linked with THNSL1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THNSL1-to-partner and partner-to-THNSL1 results are reported.
