THEMIS2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, THEMIS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 24,346 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THEMIS2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLCB2, THEMIS2_T593, and CD163. Each is linked with THEMIS2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THEMIS2-to-partner and partner-to-THEMIS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, THEMIS2 versus PLCB2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.85.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THEMIS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→THEMIS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
