THEMIS2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, THEMIS2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 23,544 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THEMIS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYTH4, CSF2RB, and IL2RB. Each is linked with THEMIS2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THEMIS2-to-partner and partner-to-THEMIS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, THEMIS2 versus CYTH4 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.83.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THEMIS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→THEMIS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
