THEMIS2

Across TCGA patient cohorts, THEMIS2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THEMIS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are mTOR_pS2448, 14-3-3_beta, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with THEMIS2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THEMIS2-to-partner and partner-to-THEMIS2 results are reported.
