Across TCGA cell cohorts, THEMIS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,399 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THEMIS2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Viral process, Cellular response to type I interferon, and Actin polymerization or depolymerization. Each is linked with THEMIS2 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THEMIS2-to-partner and partner-to-THEMIS2 results are reported.
