THEM4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, THEM4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,154 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THEM4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ANP32E, RO60, and SNX27. Each is linked with THEM4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THEM4-to-partner and partner-to-THEM4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, THEM4 versus ANP32E in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THEM4→partner) and Y-score (partner→THEM4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
