THEM4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, THEM4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,390 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THEM4-associated genes across cancer lineages are TDRKH, TARS2, and UCHL5. Each is linked with THEM4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THEM4-to-partner and partner-to-THEM4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, THEM4 versus TDRKH in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THEM4→partner) and Y-score (partner→THEM4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
