THEM4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, THEM4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 196 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THEM4-associated genes across cancer lineages are OFD1P11Y, ARF4P1, and CYP4F36P. Each is linked with THEM4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THEM4-to-partner and partner-to-THEM4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OFD1P11Y grouped by THEM4-low versus THEM4-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THEM4→partner) and Y-score (partner→THEM4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
