Across TCGA cell cohorts, THEM4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,935 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THEM4-associated genes across cancer lineages are TNS3, LRMDA, and C1orf43. Each is linked with THEM4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THEM4-to-partner and partner-to-THEM4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, THEM4 versus TNS3 in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.
