Across TCGA cell cohorts, THEM4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,926 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible THEM4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of mitochondrial membrane permeability involved in apoptotic process, Regulation of ATP-dependent activity, and Blood coagulation, intrinsic pathway. Each is linked with THEM4 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THEM4-to-partner and partner-to-THEM4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of mitochondrial membrane permeability involved in apoptotic process grouped by THEM4-low versus THEM4-high in LIVER.
