Across TCGA patient cohorts, THEG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,004 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THEG-associated genes across cancer lineages are LOXL1, IPPKP1, and CCL4. Each is linked with THEG in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THEG-to-partner and partner-to-THEG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LOXL1 grouped by THEG-low versus THEG-high in SKCM.
