Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, THEG mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible THEG-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, ERK2, and MEK1. Each is linked with THEG in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THEG-to-partner and partner-to-THEG results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by THEG-low versus THEG-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THEG→partner) and Y-score (partner→THEG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
