Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, THEG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible THEG-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR6B1, AIPL1, and PLEKHS1. Each is linked with THEG in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THEG-to-partner and partner-to-THEG results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR6B1 grouped by THEG-low versus THEG-high in OESOPHAGUS.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THEG→partner) and Y-score (partner→THEG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
