THBS4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, THBS4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,234 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THBS4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SNTB2, KANK2, and PPP1R12B. Each is linked with THBS4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THBS4-to-partner and partner-to-THBS4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, THBS4 versus SNTB2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THBS4→partner) and Y-score (partner→THBS4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
