Across TCGA patient cohorts, THBS4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,745 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THBS4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MGP, SRPX, and C7. Each is linked with THBS4 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THBS4-to-partner and partner-to-THBS4 results are reported.
