Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, THBS4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,970 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible THBS4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RHBDD3, ECHS1, and CRABP2. Each is linked with THBS4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THBS4-to-partner and partner-to-THBS4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RHBDD3 grouped by THBS4-low versus THBS4-high in STAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THBS4→partner) and Y-score (partner→THBS4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
