The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher THBD Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated THBD expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD and STAD are the cancer types where THBD Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
