Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, THAP9 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,448 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible THAP9-associated genes across cancer lineages are DEPTOR, ENTPD5, and LINC01412. Each is linked with THAP9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THAP9-to-partner and partner-to-THAP9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, THAP9 versus DEPTOR in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.70.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THAP9→partner) and Y-score (partner→THAP9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
