Across TCGA patient cohorts, THAP9 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THAP9-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDCD4, VHL, and ATM. Each is linked with THAP9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THAP9-to-partner and partner-to-THAP9 results are reported.
