The strongest signal is observed in prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), where higher THAP7 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated THAP7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
PRAD and ESCA are the cancer types where THAP7 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
