Across TCGA cell cohorts, THAP7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,965 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THAP7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Symbiont-mediated disruption of host cellular anatomical structure, Symbiont-mediated disruption of host anatomical structure, and Positive regulation of macrophage proliferation. Each is linked with THAP7 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THAP7-to-partner and partner-to-THAP7 results are reported.
