Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, THAP4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,646 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible THAP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are HMGCS2, CMA1, and MTNR1A. Each is linked with THAP4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THAP4-to-partner and partner-to-THAP4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, THAP4 versus HMGCS2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THAP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→THAP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
