THAP4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, THAP4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,072 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THAP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGBP1P5, RPL23AP90, and RNU4-5P. Each is linked with THAP4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THAP4-to-partner and partner-to-THAP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGBP1P5 grouped by THAP4-low versus THAP4-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THAP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→THAP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
