THAP4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, THAP4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,666 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THAP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are NCL, RRP1B, and SGTA. Each is linked with THAP4 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THAP4-to-partner and partner-to-THAP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, THAP4 versus NCL in BLOOD_Lymphoma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THAP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→THAP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
