Across TCGA cell cohorts, THAP4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,497 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THAP4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitotic sister chromatid separation, Thymidine biosynthetic process, and 2'-deoxyribonucleoside biosynthetic process. Each is linked with THAP4 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THAP4-to-partner and partner-to-THAP4 results are reported.
