THAP4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, THAP4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THAP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRKACG, C16orf90, and GFRA4. Each is linked with THAP4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THAP4-to-partner and partner-to-THAP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRKACG grouped by THAP4-low versus THAP4-high in URINARY_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THAP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→THAP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
