THAP3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, THAP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,607 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THAP3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RERE, RPL22L1, and ANP32E. Each is linked with THAP3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THAP3-to-partner and partner-to-THAP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, THAP3 versus RERE in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THAP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→THAP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
