Across TCGA patient cohorts, THAP3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,173 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THAP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RSPH14, TIMM9, and ARHGAP5. Each is linked with THAP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THAP3-to-partner and partner-to-THAP3 results are reported.
