THAP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, THAP3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THAP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAPDH, PDCD4, and PDK1_pS241. Each is linked with THAP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THAP3-to-partner and partner-to-THAP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAPDH grouped by THAP3-low versus THAP3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THAP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→THAP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
