Across TCGA patient cohorts, THAP2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THAP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, p27_pT198, and STAT3_pY705. Each is linked with THAP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THAP2-to-partner and partner-to-THAP2 results are reported.
