Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, THAP12 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,151 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible THAP12-associated genes across cancer lineages are DDIAS, EMSY, and CEP57. Each is linked with THAP12 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THAP12-to-partner and partner-to-THAP12 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, THAP12 versus DDIAS in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THAP12→partner) and Y-score (partner→THAP12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
