Across TCGA patient cohorts, THAP12 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THAP12-associated genes across cancer lineages are C-Raf, ATM, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with THAP12 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THAP12-to-partner and partner-to-THAP12 results are reported.
