Across TCGA cell cohorts, THAP12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,996 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible THAP12-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of mitochondrial ATP synthesis coupled electron transport, Positive regulation of viral transcription, and Centriole elongation. Each is linked with THAP12 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THAP12-to-partner and partner-to-THAP12 results are reported.
