Across TCGA cell cohorts, THAP12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THAP12-associated genes across cancer lineages are KHDRBS2, RXFP3, and ACER1. Each is linked with THAP12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THAP12-to-partner and partner-to-THAP12 results are reported.
