Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, THAP11 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated THAP11 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher THAP11 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated THAP11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, SARC, and SKCM are the cancer types where THAP11 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
