Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, THAP10 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,347 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible THAP10-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR494, RNU6-1336P, and TMEM114. Each is linked with THAP10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THAP10-to-partner and partner-to-THAP10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, THAP10 versus MIR494 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.58.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THAP10→partner) and Y-score (partner→THAP10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
