THAP10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, THAP10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 138 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THAP10-associated genes across cancer lineages are LYPLA1P1, RNA5SP98, and RNU6-728P. Each is linked with THAP10 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THAP10-to-partner and partner-to-THAP10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LYPLA1P1 grouped by THAP10-low versus THAP10-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THAP10→partner) and Y-score (partner→THAP10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
