THAP10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, THAP10 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 178 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THAP10-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTPRE, EPS8L2, and CRHR1. Each is linked with THAP10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THAP10-to-partner and partner-to-THAP10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PTPRE grouped by THAP10-low versus THAP10-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THAP10→partner) and Y-score (partner→THAP10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
