THADA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, THADA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,643 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THADA-associated genes across cancer lineages are CKS2, RN7SL18P, and ZCCHC4. Each is linked with THADA in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THADA-to-partner and partner-to-THADA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CKS2 grouped by THADA-low versus THADA-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THADA→partner) and Y-score (partner→THADA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
