Across TCGA cell cohorts, THADA RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,283 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THADA-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are tRNA nucleoside ribose methylation, Transcription by RNA polymerase I, and Positive regulation of transcription by RNA polymerase I. Each is linked with THADA in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THADA-to-partner and partner-to-THADA results are reported.
