THADA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, THADA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 438 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THADA-associated genes across cancer lineages are CFHR2, USP1, and KRT33B. Each is linked with THADA in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THADA-to-partner and partner-to-THADA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CFHR2 grouped by THADA-low versus THADA-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THADA→partner) and Y-score (partner→THADA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
