Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TH2LCRR RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated TH2LCRR data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher TH2LCRR RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TH2LCRR expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and BRCA show a favorable association.
COAD, UCS, and ACC are the cancer types where TH2LCRR RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
