Across TCGA patient cohorts, TH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,216 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TH-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP197, RN7SKP45, and DUX4L9. Each is linked with TH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TH-to-partner and partner-to-TH results are reported.
