Across TCGA patient cohorts, TH mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TH-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, JNK_pT183_Y185, and Myosin-IIa_pS1943. Each is linked with TH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TH-to-partner and partner-to-TH results are reported.
