Across TCGA cell cohorts, TH RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,237 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TH-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Hyaloid vascular plexus regression, Tyrosine metabolic process, and Small GTPase-mediated signal transduction. Each is linked with TH in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TH-to-partner and partner-to-TH results are reported.
