TH

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TH-associated genes across cancer lineages are YIPF7, CTXN3, and LINGO4. Each is linked with TH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TH-to-partner and partner-to-TH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, YIPF7 grouped by TH-low versus TH-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TH→partner) and Y-score (partner→TH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
